The ocean is the Earth’s greatest natural resource. It is useful as it provides us with oxygen, food, transportation, and minerals/elements. What isn’t so great is the effect of climate change, and humans, on our oceans. In this article, you will read and learn about some of the drastic dangers that the ocean is facing, and what is causing such changes, such as overfishing, plastic pollution, etc. If we claim to love our ocean and planet, then we must take action. Stop using single-use plastics. Stop littering. We must find efficient ways to fish. We must find/use other materials and resources rather than plastic. If we don’t act now, then we will act when it is too late. The ocean is in a dilemma, and we must do something to help it.
