Playing boules is a daily appointment for a good number of pensioners with lots of free time on their hands. It is important to encourage old people to go out of their homes, meet other people, engage in activities and be pro-active. Having something to look forward to helps old people stay fit and healthy. Also, they can still give a lot to the community without having to work hard and enjoying themselves on the way.

Though limited mobility this old man stills makes it a point to go out for a walk and take out his dog as well. A walk every day is worth every second.
