Dissemination description: 'Through Our Eyes' was a pop-up exhibition designed for students to communicate their perspectives through images, conveying powerful messages aimed at inspiring change. The exhibition is displayed on a lightweight, foldable screen, making it easy to transport and set up in various locations around the school to attract attention. In addition to being showcased within the school, the exhibition was featured at events such as Pet/Family Day and the Animal Awareness event, where the external community was invited to the school. There are also plans to display it at the local council during the Easter Holidays and at Xrobb L-Għagin during the summer, extending its reach to the broader community.

This series of three images forces us to ask the difficult question: why would anyone think this is okay? The first image shows an old, abandoned building filled with discarded human waste, a stark symbol of neglect. The second captures a palm tree being uprooted, its deep roots torn from the earth after years of growth. The final image reveals the harsh intrusion of industry against the scenery of beautiful turquoise waters. These unsettling scenes challenge us to reflect on the choices that harm our environment and question the value we place on nature’s beauty. Why?
