This place is in Fgura. In this picture we can see the rubbish not thrown in its appropriate place. This is a private property without anybody bothering to look after it.If we take a good look at this picture we can see a yellow torn poster write on it “Do not throw rubbish here” and who will throw rubbish here will be heavily penalised. But how much do people bother to notice it?In that locality people throw away their rubbish during the night not to be seen by anybody so that infront of their door will remain clean. This rubbish remains there up to the following morning.Later at night the rats and cats come out and make a feast with all that rubbish and leave a mess behind the doors.Anybody who notices someone throwing rubbish outside is duty bound to make a report to the people concerned.
