A sign which should be helpful is now creating pollution as well as hazard due to the rusting metal covered by the foliage. Despite this nature takes over, as it tries to camouflage this eye sore.

Rubbish and litter take over a rural road in the Mosta Valley area. This makes the space look messy , creates a dangerous environment for animals as well as people going for a walk. More heavy fines for people who are caught depositing trash should be imposed as well as more awareness through cleanups organised by the local community.

This video focuses on the idea that nearly one-third of all food produced is wasted, often because people prepare or serve more than they actually need. Using a reverse sequence, it shows food being “unthrown” and returned to the plate to highlight how easily waste happens in everyday situations like overfilling plates or cooking too much. The concept emphasizes that this waste is avoidable and encourages viewers to be more mindful by taking smaller portions, planning meals better, and valuing the food they have instead of taking it for granted.

Our students had a truly hands-on experience as they cared for their vegetables in the school greenhouse, nurturing them from seedlings until they were ready to harvest and in the end, they finally enjoyed the fruits of their hard work, picking fresh lettuce, cauliflower, and other home-grown veggies. Everyone got creative, preparing their own healthy and colorful salads with the produce they had grown themselves. It was amazing to see the full journey—from planting and tending the crops to harvesting and sharing a meal together. A delicious and educational experience for all! Growing hope: Students planting vegetables in their school garden show how small actions today can help secure food for tomorrow.
